Through our innovative custom building process, we aim to deliver results that truly exceed expectations. We provide full remodeling services ranging from bathrooms and kitchens to basements & full house renovations. This company sets out each day to provide top quality work at a competitive rate with accelerated schedules based on our in-house capabilities. We’ll promptly reach out to discuss the details of your project and schedule an on-site meeting. After assessing the scope of work, we’ll provide a detailed estimate for your review.
Once the estimate is approved, we get to work turning your vision into reality.
Project Planning
Project planning timelines vary depending on the scope and complexity of the job, but we always recommend beginning the planning process as early as possible prior to your desired start date.
We guide you every step of the way — from initial design and layout development to selecting finishes, fixtures, and paint colors.
We now offer in-house design coordination services, allowing us to provide detailed floor plans and elevation drawings to help bring your vision to life.
For projects that require permitting, we collaborate closely with licensed architects and engineers to ensure all plans meet local codes and regulations.
Building
Let the fun begin! Once the space is brought down to a blank slate, we collaborate closely with you to refine your vision before beginning your custom build.
Throughout the project, we carefully document our progress and provide a complete record to you at the conclusion of the job.
We proudly perform approximately 85% of the work in-house, including framing, electrical, drywall, painting, tile installation, waterproofing and more.
Specialized trades such as plumbing, custom shower glass systems, countertops, carpet and hardwood flooring are completed by our trusted subcontractor partners to ensure the highest level of quality and craftsmanship.
Closeout
Once the project reaches substantial completion, our team conducts a thorough internal punch list to address and repair any damage or outstanding items that may have occurred during the course of construction.
After completing these corrections, we schedule a final walkthrough with you to review the project together and identify any items that may not meet your expectations. Any concerns you have will be promptly addressed and resolved.
We do not collect final payment until you are 100% satisfied with the quality of our work.
